Let Me Run SpringFest 5K

The 5k is open to the public and will benefit Let Me Run, a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys through the power of running to be courageous enough to be themselves, to build healthy relationships, and to live an active lifestyle. The 5k is Let Me Run's end-of-season race where the boys celebrate their emotional, social and physical growth.

The 1 Mile run is a competitive mile race that starts one mile out and runs a fast course to the finish line. This is not meant to be a "fun run". All runners should be able to run a mile in less than 10 minutes.
