Run for the Pils 5k

Join Southern Strain Run Club on September 7th at 9 am, as we kick off Southern Strain Breweries' anniversary weekend with our annual 5k! Our out-and-back course starts at the brewery and then heads to McEachern Greenway, a portion of the 4-mile greenway loop in Concord. There is an aid station midway with water and Gatorade you will pass twice. Once you’ve crossed the finish line, enjoy our refreshing race day beer, Run for the Pils!

A portion of the race proceeds will benefit Run Cabarrus, a competitive youth cross-country club dedicated to developing distance runners.

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup will be available at Southern Strain Brewing Company on Friday, September 6th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and also on race day morning starting at 8:00am.

We encourage you to pick up your packet on Friday before the race!
