Description
Rhythm & Run 5K is a family oriented run/walk around the growing area of Kannapolis, NC. The run features a ½ mile kids race prior to the 5K for ages 12 & under and a Spirit Runner Category. Age division finishers in the 5K will receive medals and top overall winners receive cool awards!
Rhythm & Run is a fundraiser organized by the NC Music Hall of Fame & Museum. All proceeds from Rhythm & Run go to the NCMHOF which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in Kannapolis, NC.
Visit the NCMHOF Museum Monday-Friday 10-4, admission is free!

Rhythm & Run 5K Pricing:
Early Registration $20 (until March 15)
Registration $25 (March 16 – May 10)
Race Day $30 (Mary 11)

RUN KANNAPOLIS 5K SERIES:
The Rhythm & Run 5K is part of the Run Kannapolis 5K Series. Runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in a unique series featuring the best area 5K fun runs/walks held in the City of Kannapolis, NC. Runners/walkers are encouraged to participate in the entire series of races (8). Awards will be presented to anyone who finishes at least five events. For those who participate and finish all eight events, there will be special recognition.
T-SHIRTS:
Shirts will be guaranteed to 5K participants who pre-register before April 25, 2018 at 11:59pm.Remaining shirts and sizes will be available while supplies last.

COURSE:
USATF certified course. Course will be manned with volunteers and Kannapolis Police for your safety and water stations will be available along the way.
