OSB Open Water swim clinic

Join OSB coaches Brianne & Marty Gaal and Daniel Scagnelli for a three hour 15 minute open water swim training clinic on the beach in various locations around North Carolina. Our schedule for 2019:

April 14 - Seaforth beach, Jordan Lake, NC
May 18 - Seaforth beach, Jordan Lake, NC
June 16 - Seaforth beach, Jordan Lake, NC
July 13 - Seaforth beach, Jordan Lake, NC
September 14 - Seaforth beach, Jordan Lake, NC 

Please note that detailed clinic information will be sent 2-3 days before your clinic to the email address you sign up with.

Usual Itinerary (with an 8AM start):
800-900 - Lecture: Open Water Racing & Training 
900-930 - Open Water starts, turns, finishes
930-1000 - Open Water sighting, drafting, and dealing with crowds or anxiety
1000-1030 - Swimming - under supervision
1030-1115 - Lecture: Swim training for triathlon
1115-1130 - Q&A, Clinic ends

Cost:
$90.00 with a copy of the Powerstroke: Speed through force and form DVD.
$70.00 without the DVD.

Current OSB athletes, return clinic/lesson attendees, and Triangle Triathlon club members receive a discount. Maximum 24 athletes per clinic.

What is included: Your coaches, snacks and drinks, and a booklet of presented materials & select articles.

What is not included: hotel stay, car, transport, etcetera.

Full refunds minus a 10% processing fee are available until 1 week prior to the clinic. Your registration may be transferred to another person with no fee up until 1 day before the clinic - please confirm the transfer with Coach Marty.
