About Steve Hammond:

From his role as Public Works Director and County Engineer to his time serving on the Board of Family Promise of Morris County, Stephen W. Hammond was a long-time advocate of equity and equality for the Morris County community. His kind heart, excellent sense of humor, and humble nature will never be forgotten, but rather celebrated by all who had the honor of knowing him. The Steve Hammond Homebound Hustle 5K & 1-Mile Walk honors Steve's legacy and serves as a reminder of his leadership and positive impact within our community.
