Conquer The Rock

Foothills 50k & Bear Crawl 25k & Dare You Double

Table Rock State Park

Not for the faint of heart but the Conquer is worth the Climb!

Table Rock State Park in South Carolina is a popular destination for hiking, offering a variety of trails that range in difficulty and length. The park is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and features beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The most popular hike in the park is the 3-mile Table Rock trail which leads to the summit of Table Rock Mountain, offering a challenging hike with an elevation gain of over 1,000 feet. The trail features rocky terrain, steep inclines, and several scenic overlooks. Other popular hikes in the park include the Pinnacle Mountain Trail, which also leads to a summit, and the Carrick Creek Nature Trail, which is an easy, family-friendly hike that winds through the park's forested areas.

Table Rock State Park is one of the premier parks in the southeast with a mountain range that nestles in the heart of the foothills. This race will test your will but the experience and views will be well worth your effort! Upstate Race Series welcomes you to the Annual Conquer the Rock race series that is held in beautiful Table Rock State Park. Table Rock State Park fits the bill for the natural beauty. The towering mountain, which gives the park its name, serves as a backdrop for the 3,000 acre park. Below this section of the Blue Ridge Mountains, South Carolina natives and visitors can enjoy Table Rock State Park cabins, a campground and an old-fashioned swimming hole on one of the park’s two lakes. The Conquer the Rock Ultra includes the Foothills 50k and the Bear Crawl 25k. This event has a pure, gritty, and natural feel that nestles itself in the heart of the foothills trail. The race offers two distances that encompass a 15+ mile loop within the state park.
