ABOUT THE RUCK
✯ THE COURSE: The course is a short loop designed as a time trial criterium. It's completely flat and approximately 1.3 miles long. Course map coming soon.
✯ TIME & DISTANCE: You can complete as many or as few laps as you'd like within the two-hour time limit.
✯ STAGING AREA: This is where the action happens! It's a transition zone and a party area rolled into one. Check in after each lap, tag your teammate, rest and refuel, and give high-fives to your family and friends. Or zoom on by and take another lap like the champion you are!
✯ AWARDS: Prizes for the top lap ruck teams and solo ruckers. We will also have give-a-way drawings for all participants to participate.
✯ DOGS: Leashed dogs are welcome.
