Description

Join us for the SARR Fall Off-RoadRunners Training Program.  We have a place for every pace & all levels are welcome! 
Dates: Aug 6 - Oct 28, 2022
Goal Race: SARR Rocky Horror Trail Run

6 great options:
 
5K, 10K, 25K Walk/Run: For runners new to trail running or who prefer a walk/run method.
10K, 25K: For beginner to advanced trail runners.
50K: For experienced trail runners (must be able to run 8 trail miles comfortably).

Flexible 12-week training schedule written by SARR RRCA Certified Coaches.
Weekly Group Runs Saturday AM and Wednesday PM.
We train on natural trails at Eisenhower Park, McAllister Park, Government Canyon & other state parks.
Free 4-week basebuilder starts mid-July.

Weekly coaches email & Facebook group (optional) for sharing inspiration, running info/education & team pics.
Includes SARR Training Team shirt.  
Training is for SARR Members; join SARR during signup if not a member.
Orientation: Wed, 8/3, 7pm. Details to follow.

First Team Group Run: Saturday, Aug 6th, McAllister Park, Optimist Pavilion (Pavilion 3)
First long run distances: 50K=7-9m; 25K=2-3m; 10K=1-2m;  5K=1m.

Current Covid-19 guidelines allow for us to meet in small groups with proper social distancing. Should guidelines or restrictions change before or during our training season we will modify our in-person sessions accordingly.
