Multi-Sport Event
Pentathlon — 1 Mile, 400m, 200m, 50m, Long Jump, Shot Put
You will be scored against all other competitors in the Pentathlon. Top 6 scoring points in each event. The field events can be completed anytime from 8 am-11 am.
Relay
Distance Medley Relay: 1200/400/800/1600
Relay teams can register by email at orangerunning@yahoo.com or at the registration table on race morning.
The race is free to everyone competing in any of the events.
Tentative Meet Schedule
8:00 AM: Strider Indoor Mile
9:15 AM: 400M
9:45 AM: 200M
10:15 AM: 800M
10:30 AM: 50M Dash
10:45 AM: Distance Medley Relay
All Field Events will have from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM to complete
The awards ceremony will take place on the track in the award area after the last event is complete.
* Times are subject to change. The final schedule will come out with final instructions.
Awards Information:
All Kids under 12 years of age will get an award for competing in any event they complete.
All other awards will be given out for the following:
Strider Indoor Mile
Top 3 Overall Male and Female
Top Masters Male and Female
Top 3 Male and Female in 10-year age groups
Other Track And Field Events
800m, 400m, 200m, 50m, Long Jump, Shot Put, Pole Vault, and Pentathlon
Top 3 Overall Male and Female only for each event
Distance Medley Relay
Top Male and Female Team

The Virginia Beach Sports Center offers state-of-the-art facilities and one of the top indoor track arena's that attracts some of the nation's top events: including NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, The Va Showcase, and Addidas Indoor Track Indoor Track Nationals.

Parking at the Sports Center is free!
There are three lots around Virginia Beach Sports Center; on the east side, west side, and north side of the building- all three lots are complimentary.
Concessions will be open to purchase food, and beverages including adult beverages during the event!

Final Instructions will be sent out the week of the event with detailed instructions and a timeline of events!
