Description

The Mustache Dache is a friendly mustache-themed, men's health-promoting, 1970's-celebrating, online running competition! Embrace your inner Mario or Luigi and help Movember, the global men’s health charity, combat prostate cancer, testicular cancer and improve men's mental health. Men, women, children, dogs and cats can sign up for some mustache revelry and help raise funds for men's health via our charity partner, Movember. Four teams will face off in an epic but-not-too intense running competition. Here's how it works!

Pick a distance for your race day when you sign up (choose from 5K, 10K, 15K,  Half-Marathon, 30K, or Marathon).

Use our free training plans included with registration to help you prepare for your selected distance. After you register, head over to Prefontaine. You will be assigned to one of four teams and you will set a mileage goal for yourself for the month. Walking and running count!

We will have TWO months for people to participate, October and November. Everyone who registers before October 10th will do October. Everyone who registers on or after October 10th will participate in November.

You'll be trying to earn points for your team by completing your monthly mileage goal and doing weekly challenges.

At the end of the month, whichever team does the best with miles logged, challenges completed and goals achieved wins the Quad-stache Cup!*

Crush your selected race distance by running your race!

We will mail your swag out to you via USPS! (included with registration) (assuming the USPS still exists)

Wait, what? Here's the short version: Sign up. Pick a distance. For one month, train and try to hit your goal of XY miles for the month. It helps your team. At the end, run the distance that you picked out. We'll send you your swag in the mail!
