When will I get my SWAG?
All SWAG will ship out at the end of the Kaiser Permanente Run, Walk & Roll, which ends September 1, 2022, via USPS. There will be an extra shipping charge for all participants outside of the United States.
How do I get my Virtual Race Number?
- Go to your account and log in: https://runsignup.com/Profile
- Scroll down to Upcoming Events, then click link for VIEW DIGITAL BIB
- You can then easily share your bib on social media or print to post on a wall as a self motivator as you complete the race!
How do I submit my miles? OPTIONAL
All miles need to be submitted manually. Track your miles with any fitness device or app that you use, and follow the easy instructions. Note that entering your miles is optional, however you will be missing out on being on the Leaderboard, and if you are a part of a team, you’ll want to be sure your miles are included with their totals. Note that once a participant enters data, it takes about a minute to appear in the total results page.
Instructions to log your miles:
- Click the Results Tab.
- Click Submit Virtual Results.
- Find your Registration.
- Click Submit Virtual Results.
- Enter your Distance and Date.
- Click Submit.
- Note that once you hit Submit, it will take a few minutes before your miles will be listed on the Leaderboard.
Why am I listed as anonymous in the results? When you create an account, you have an option to be listed as anonymous in results. If you do not want this, go into your https://runsignup.com profile and click to edit profile. You will see a checkbox at the bottom that you want to UNCHECK to be listed again.
How do I get my Finisher Certificate?
- Go to the Results page
- Find your results and click on your name
- Click Certificate
