The FREE 2016 Rock the Parkway Groupie Runs will start on Sunday January 3 and continue each Sunday at 7 am at the Leawood KC Running Company store (4760 W 135th St, Leawood, KS). Like the Facebook page, RTP Groupie Runs, for updates.

The Rock the Parkway Groupie runs are designed to work for people of all fitness levels, whether you are running the 5K or the half marathon, and the course will be well marked each week and supplied with periodic aid stations. Let us know the event you have signed up for and your race goal, whether it be "to finish," a specific pace/mile or a finishing time.
