Virtual Race

 

For those that have run one of our virtual events before, the process for results submission is the same (though we have extended the normal results submission time frame).  For those who are completing their first virtual run with us, the process is as follows:

  1. Run the required distance (Half Marathon, 5K or Kids 1K) on your own time, and at the location of your choice.  Please ensure that you are adhering to all applicable local regulations and guidance, and practicing social distancing.   
  2. Submit your results through our online form HERE.  You can also find the link to the form at any time on our website here - http://www.bchalfseries.com/virtual
  3. The results submission form will ask for a bib number to help us match results submissions with registrations.  If needed, HERE is a link to a tutorial for how to find your assigned bib number in your RunSignUp profile.
  4. To ensure that everyone has adequate time to submit their results, the submission form will remain open through Sunday, March 14th.  
  5. Virtual Race Packets containing all your race swag will be delivered right to your doorstep!  We anticipate beginning to ship packets out the 2nd week in March.
