Description
Welcome to the 7th Annual HUDDLE UP! on the 50 - 5K Run/Walk and Fun Run on the 50 for kids 12 and under. Thank you for choosing to join us again this year. This is an annual fundraising event that celebrates the beginning of the fall sports season at Nicholls State University. This family-friendly event features a 5K Run/Walk, Kids Fun Run, and Tailgate Cook-off Competition all leading to a Colonels football scrimmage to end the day.
The "HUDDLE UP! on the 50 - 5K Run/Walk" takes advantage of a flat, fast course that runs through the campus of Nicholls State University before finishing on the 50 yard line of John L. Guidry Stadium. All participants are invited to attend our Post Race Finish Fest that includes complimentary food and beverages for participants (ID Required) along with live entertainment. Runners will receive an official race T-shirt and unique finishers medal upon completion of the race. Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall finishers. Additionally, Age Group awards will be given, for both male and female participants.

ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS FRIDAY, AUGUST 16, 2024 AT 12:00AM.
Race day registration (8/17/2024) begins at 2:00pm on the home side of John L. Guidry Stadium under the stadium in the Century Club room. $40.

FUN RUN registration is FREE for kids 12 and Under through May 14, 2024
NEW VIP SWAG this year. All VIP runners will receive a full zip vest as part of their package.
NEW EARLY BIRD PRICING SCHEDULE
May 1-May 14: Fun Run on the 50-FREE, 5K-$20.00. May 8-14: 5K-$25.00. May 15: Fun Run on the 50-$20.00, 5K-$30.00.
SHIPPING OPTION
You can have your race swag mailed to you. During the registration process, select the option on the Shipping Page to add this feature. Cost is $5. All swag will be shipped after Race Day.

Refund Policy
THIS EVENT DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR ALLOW TRANSFERS.
Your Entry Fees are Non-Refundable. Once you register, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate for any reason including Acts of GOD. Exceptions will be made if you are on active military duty and get deployed. Send us a copy of your orders and we will refund your entry fee.
Your Race Entry is Non-Transferable. Due to liability reasons, a Race Entry cannot be used by anyone other than the person for which the entry was assigned at registration.
