Description
Have you ever wanted to learn more about Trail Running?
Come explore the trails of Greenbelt Park and learn some trail running tips. This workshop is for new and experienced trail runners, as well as road runners looking for a change of scenery. We’ll spend about 45 minutes running on the trails, and then will hang out at the Sweetgum picnic area, and chat trails and ultrarunning while enjoying some trail snacks. Optional: Bring your favorite trail snack to share.
When: Saturday, November 19th (8:00am-9:30am)

Cost: The workshop is FREE to PGRC Members.
