Description
Join United Way and many others as we walk/run to end childhood hunger in St. Mary's County.
Snack Saks is a program that provides a bag of child friendly, nutritional, snacks to hungry children in our public schools over the weekends and holidays. United Way currently joins in supporting students in 5 elementary schools. EVERY school in St. Mary's County has hungry children.
Harvest 5k will enable us to add more children who desperately need this food!
All registration fees go directly to feeding a child.
Costumes welcomed. Prizes for top runners male/female and best overall costume. Goodie Bags for the first 50 paid runners.
