2016 Jack & Jill Trail Half Marathon

It's with a heavy heart the I need to cancel the Jack & Jill Trail Half Marathon due to lack interest in the event. There are many reasons as to why I'm making this decision but the main one is that I can't reach the level of quality that I require for my events with not knowing how many last minute registrations (if any) that will come in. The running event environment is tough right now with all the events happening in West Michigan, but I knew going in that was the case.

If you registered for the event you will get a refund of you monies in the next few days....Doug.

Join Groove City Events for the first annual running of the Jack & Jill Trail Half Marathon at Cannonsburg Ski Hill. There are several different ways the you can participate!

First you can run a solo half marathon, or you can form a relay team of one man and one woman (Jack & Jill...get it?) or you can run the quarter marathon (or 6.55 miles). Run the challenging trails at Cannonsburg Ski Hill!!

2016 Entry Fee -- Early Prices Good Until Aug 1/Late Prices Good Until Race Day Unless Sold Out
Quarter Marathon $40/$55
Half Marathon $50/$65
Half Marathon Relay $70/$90

Entry fee includes race shirt (of the "tee" variety - men/women sizing -YEAH!),beer ticket (local brew of course), finisher medal and typical race refreshments or anything we have left over in the refrigerator.

A special commemorative race shirt Canvas Hoodie is available for an $15 and is in unisex sizes only. See website for sizing on these shirts.

Timing of the Event
The event will be chip timed by Epic Race Timing
Awards for top 3 overall/masters in all three events, half, quarter and relay...we may drill down deeper if we get a great turnout.
