Mental Health Awareness 5k Run/Walk - Break a Sweat for Brains; See What You Gain!
As students, we are concerned about the importance of bringing mental health awareness to our community. This year we have partnered with the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan (Be Nice) and Community Mental Health of Ottawa County to remove the stigma around mental health.
All race proceeds are being donated to the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan (Be Nice) and Holland Hospital
