Lawton Summer Fest 2020

Good Afternoon, 

I know that things have been silent on this site for quite sometime.  I know many of you have seen the  announcement made on the Lawton Summerfest site letting you know that several events including the Summerfest 5K are being cancelled this year due to Covi19.  I know that this announcement will likely come as no surprise to many.  I need to address the 75 people that have already signed up for the event...I need to know if you would like a refund for your entry fee or if you would like to donate your registration to Lawton Youth Baseball and Softball programs.  Many sports have been canceled this year and refunds for registration have been made to players and their families, so we will have expenses for the upcoming 2021 season and the donations would be put towards those expenses.  If you would like a refund I am requesting that you email me at nurse-nik@hotmail.com.  Please put 5K refund in the subject line.  We will take email requests till Jun 19.  If I don't hear from you I will assume you want your money donated.  We are sad that we won't see you all this year, but we look forward to coming back better than ever next year.  Thank you for your support.  Enjoy your families this summer.
