Spend an hour improving your mind body connection through pilates - a low impact exercise program designed to rebalance, lengthen and strengthen the body and increase flexibility. Exercises focus on proper alignment, core strength and muscle balance. All body types can benefit from regular pilates practice. Our goal is simple - to get you moving in a healthier, more mindful way, throughout your daily life.
