The Traverse City Track Club Training Class is a great way to connect with other runners and train with runners of all experience and skill levels. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a first- time runner, let your club help you in achieving your individual goals, whether it is to get faster, run further or just feel better.
Registration opens May 15 for the 2017 Summer Session I Training Class offered by the club. Five levels of training are available based on the goals of each individual runner. Whether you are a beginner hoping to establish running as a lifestyle or looking to participate in events ranging from a 5k to a full marathon, the club offers what you need to get started. The cost is $40 for an eight week training class schedule. The training begins May 29 with organized group runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
