Description
This is an untimed 2-mile community ruck walk focused on mental health awareness and fitness. Participants may wear a ruck, weighted vest, backpack or walk unweighted. This event is open to all fitness levels and emphasizes movement, community and support with a fun social atmosphere. Participants can register individually or as a team. After the walk stick around to enjoy local vendors, a food truck and a relaxed post-walk hangout. Awards will be handed out for Largest Team, Most Team Spirit and First Responder Strong.
