Cascades 5k and Bike Crit Championship

Come out and enjoy one of the toughest events of the year.  Going to start out with the 5k fun run at 8am and follow it up with a bike races.  30 min Fun Bike ride or warmup starts after 5K. Then Category B Bike Crit, 30 minutes of races followed by 2 lap sprint finish.   Category A Crit follows, 45 minutes of racing ending with a 2 lap sprint finish.

First Overall  runner receives $100, Age group awards also. There will be an extra $100 for the first 5 male runners that break 20 min ( last year there was 0).  There will be an extra $100 for the first 5 females that break 26 min ( last year there was 0). 

Day of registration will in be $15.00 for everyone

Bike Races as follows: Cat A race, $100/50/35 Cat. B $50/25/15 For the bikers there will be a king of the mountain section on strava that will have additional prize money. 

We also will have live music, food and  beer!
