This month will highlight nutrition to start you on the right track for the new year with new resolutions! Kelly Jensen will be talking about the 5 pillars for a balanced and healthy life. She will be discussing, macronutrients and why we need all of them, what makes foods in each macronutrient category a better choice than others, how to fill in nutrient gaps where we are lacking, and how to bring all of this together to help each individual reach their goals for 2019!
