Description
Capabilities is a health and wellness program specifically designated for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/dd) across the lifespan. We program our community with a unique and valuable service to our special needs community through after school fitness, summer camps and many other programs to get everyone moving throughout the week. We are based out of Catawba heights baptists church in Belmont, NC.
