Start It, Stanly! Walk It!

Come join us on Monday evenings for a 'Walk in the Park!"

Whether you are a beginner or looking to up your walking game, join us each Monday from January 6 to February 24 to get your walk game moving!  We will meet in the parking lot next to the Locust Community Building from 6pm - 7pm.

Interested in doing a little more than just walk? We will offer an opportunity for those participants to add calisthenic exercises during each lap to help build strength and endurance. All are welcome, event can be tailored to participant's ability.
