Description
The 6th Annual MTA Triathlon at Lake James on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the Paddy's Creek Section of Lake James State Park. Lake James was
just named the North Carolina state Park of the Year for 2014.
The triathlon consists of a 750 meter swim, 22 mile road bike and
5K trail run, while the duathlon has a 5k mile trail run, 22 mile
road bike and 5K trail run.
The venue is breathtaking, with views of Lake James visible from
almost everywhere on the course. Whether you're a seasoned
veteran or new to the multisport experience, this is a must-do
event.
The race will be sanctioned by USA Triathlon and professionally
managed by Glory Hound Events.
