On April 16, 2016 the Zeta Tau Chapter of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at UNC Wilmington will be hosting the annual McGregor 5K run/walk on Wrightsville Beach at Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. This event is held in honor of a fellow brother who passed away in a tragic accident on a family vacation. The event will be raising funds for the McGregor Scholarship fund, which is a merit scholarship for a UNCW student who demonstrates exceptional academic ability, exemplary character and exceptional leadership potential. The event will also be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). The Zeta Tau Chapter of Delta Tau Delta is a non-profit organization and would appreciate any support to help out this cause.
