The Wayne Seventh-day Adventist Church is holding its 7th Annual Let's Move Day 5K race. Our goal is to raise awareness for childhood obesity and to promote the adoption of healthier lifestyles. Parents, children, friends, and family can all participate in our USATF Certified 5K course (Course Number: NJ16011LMB). Whether you walk, run, stroll, ride in a stroller, march, roll or crawl (we've seen it!), we want everyone to enjoy their time during the race. For those who are competitive, the race is chip timed and there are awards for overall and age group winners. For children, we have a 100 meter dash before the race as well as children's activities for children who do not participate in the 5K. We can't wait to see you at this year's race.

The event includes a USATF Certified 5k #NJ16011LMB run/walk course that is chip timied, a 100 meter fun  dash and games for kids ages 5-14. Prizes/medals from our sponsors for winners in the followin age categories: under 14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+.

Participants under 18 y/o register for free when parents sign up with them.

7:00 AM - 8:45 AM - Registration

8:30 AM  - 100 Meter Dash Fun Run (ages 5 – 14)

9:00 AM  - 5K Start (walkers and strollers welcome)

9:00 - 10:00 AM -  Fun games ( ages 3 to 8)
