HEAL 5K Run & Walk | Gaza Relief — Prospect Park

The HEAL 5k Run & Walk supports HEAL PALESTINE, a nonpolitical, nonreligious, U.S.-registered nonprofit founded in 2024 that delivers urgent relief and long-term support to Palestinian children and families.

Through four core pillars — Health, Education, Aid, and Leadership — the organization provides critical care, essential resources, and community-led recovery rooted in dignity, resilience, and the belief that every child deserves the chance to heal and thrive.

Come support an important cause and have fun while raising money to provide critical aid for children in Gaza.

All donations are tax-deductible. Every contribution directly supports one of the four pillars, helping build a stronger future for Palestine.

Race Day Timeline

7:30 AM — 5K packet pick-up & fundraising prize pick-up (for participants who raised $100 or more)
9:00 AM — Runners start
10:15 AM — Walkers start

Important: Same-day bib pick-ups will not receive a t-shirt or customized bib.

The course follows Prospect Park’s iconic loop with tree-lined views and gently rolling terrain. It’s welcoming and accessible for all fitness levels while still offering a rewarding challenge for experienced runners.

Participants who raise $100 or more will receive a limited-edition event t-shirt as a thank-you for their fundraising efforts.
