Join Sonic Endurance coaches and athletes at the site of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics and home to the original 140.6 in the continental United States: Lake Placid, NY.
You’ll train on the race course multiple times throughout the weekend, hear from Sonic coaches on their Lake Placid experiences, and receive tips and advice to have your best day on race day.
Not racing Lake Placid? No problem! This camp is designed for athletes looking to take their training to the next level. We will be providing a variety of workout options for those training for triathlons in the 2024 Season.
Come enjoy a fantastic training weekend that is fully supported with on-site mechanical and SAG support for the bike and plenty of nutrition. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of the High Peaks.
Our Lake Placid Training Camp will feature:
- Training for any 70.3 or 140.6 all abilities welcome
- Coached group training sessions for swim, bike, and run
- Vehicle SAG support for cycling sessions and long run session
- Course preview information sessions, educational sessions and recovery sessions
- Hydration and nutritional support
- Teams meals including stocked kitchen with breakfast and dinners in the evenings
- Shared accommodations, three houses with camp style lodging including bunk beds. Each house has a full kitchen and is located along the bike course behind HIgh Peaks Cyclery
Camp officially begins on Thursday, June 13, 2024 and runs through Sunday, June 16, 2024.
