Virtual 5K

Friday, April 24, 2020 – Sunday, May 3, 2020

Please join us in raising money to help support our local health care professionals who are tirelessly working to keep us safe and healthy!
This virtual race will take place Friday, April 24, 2020 – Sunday, May 3, 2020. 
During this time, please run or walk your 5K. Please remember no running in groups and social distancing guidelines.Then, post your times on our Facebook event page.

The first 200 entrants will receive a medal.

You will receive an email when medal pickup location is determined. 

Race proceeds will be donated to the Emergency Preparedness Fund at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Northern Dutchess Hospital and Putnam Hospital. By supporting the Emergency Preparedness efforts at these hospitals, we are responding to the pandemic by helping to build the reserves of supplies, equipment and additional staff. Your donation will assist our hospital’s continued efforts in essential ways, including supporting our team in their tireless efforts to care for you and your loved ones.
