Description
Let Fleet Feet Sports help you further your training with our Sunday Yoga Sessions! It is a great workout for flexiblity, balance and strength.
- What to expect
- This yoga class is intended to introduce the student to power yoga. The workout will be mildly vigorous and desgined to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath to movement in an effort to restore balance. Students will be taught various poses and modifications to help ease into each pose. Before closing out practice we will take Savasana , a restorative pose which will allow the mind and body to relax and reintegrate.
Join us starting Sunday August 9th 12:30-1:30 for our 5 week session
