Ticket Selling Tips and Tricks
No obligation to play. Tickets are a $25 donation, and purchasing a ticket does not require you to play bingo.
Volunteers and players are both essential. We rely on our volunteers, but we also need players to make the event a success! Due to limited space, anyone entering the hall must either be on the volunteer list or have a ticket.
Dropping off food? Stay and play! If you’re bringing food for the event, we invite you to join in the fun and play bingo.
Important ticket turn-in date: January 7. We will be holding our next ticket turn-in on January 7, which helps us estimate attendance. Please plan to stop by that evening — or feel free to pass your tickets to a friend who can turn them in for you.
Important Note for Attendees
Space at the fire hall is limited, so we kindly ask that any parents or friends who are attending but not volunteering please have a ticket.
Having a ticket does not mean you’re required to play bingo — it simply helps us manage space.
