The Emlenton Summer Festival 5k has been cancelled for this year (2021).

Here Are Your Options:

You can switch your Emlenton Summer Festival 5k registration to the Knox Horsethief 5k.  Knox Horsethief 5k will take place on Saturday, August 21, 2021.  Race will begin at 9 a.m.  This is NOT a virtual race.

You understand that events are expensive, even when cancelled, and you want us to keep your registration fees to help cover our costs. We deeply appreciate your generosity and look forward to seeing you at an event soon.

Description

Join us for the annual Emlenton Summer Festival 5k race!  Due to COVID-19, pre-registration is highly suggested.  Awards will be mailed to winners (no awards ceremony after race).

Location:  Race begins and ends on Prospect Street.  Similar course to previous years (through the cemetery)!

When:  Friday, July 9, 2021 - Rain or Shine (NO REFUNDS)
Registration:  starts at 6:30 p.m. on Prospect Street, near basketball court                        Race starts:  7:00 p.m.

Medals will be awarded to the top finishers (male and female) in a variety of age categories.  Medals will be mailed to winners...no awards ceremony after race.
