Harrisburg Glow Run

Wear you glow gear and join us Saturday, June 6, 2015 as we run the night! This 5k run/walk raises funds for lighting projects in the City of Harrisburg. The race begins at 8:40pm in Riverfront Park.

To date Lighten Up Harrisburg has provided nearly $28,000 in direct support to the Harrisburg community.  Past projects include: Walnut Street Bridge relighting project, Allison Hill area lighting project, and Front Street lighting project.

What makes us different?
Unlike most 5K's that support organizations and causes outside the City limits, Lighten Up Harrisburg's Glow Run is the only event that provides a direct, immediate, and highly visible benefit to the City.

All funds raised through the Glow Run stay in the Harrisburg community and directly benefit its businesses and residents.
