Our Clinics are designed for swimmers of all levels who want to build confidence and improve efficiency in open water.
Clinic Format:
The Clinic is divided into two parts:
Part I: On-Demand Webinar (60 minutes)
- This pre-recorded session can be watched at your convenience before the in-water practice.
- We will cover the unique aspects of open water swimming and identify common anxiety factors.
- Learn strategies to minimize or eliminate open water anxiety.
- Discussion of key equipment selections to enhance your comfort and performance.
Part II: In-Water Instruction & Practice (90 minutes)
- Held on-site at Marsh Creek State Park, led by our coaching staff.
- Coaches will demonstrate and teach crucial open water skills, including: sighting, drafting, buoy turns, and triathlon swim starts.
- Practice these skills in a focused, small-group setting.
- The second half of the session offers an opportunity to practice your new skills on our dedicated training course.
- A Q&A session will address specific questions about the webinar material or open water swimming in general.
