Event Preview

Our Training Swims offer triathletes and recreational swimmers a fantastic opportunity to practice their open water skills, train in simulated race conditions, and get a great workout. All swims are conducted on safe, well-marked courses, overseen by certified coaches and lifeguards.

A Season Pass grants you entry to ALL of our 2026 Training Swims.

Please note: The Training Swims do NOT include dryland or in-water instruction from our coaching staff.

Our Clinics are designed for swimmers of all levels who want to build confidence and improve efficiency in open water.

Clinic Format:

The Clinic is divided into two parts:

Part I: On-Demand Webinar (60 minutes)

  • This pre-recorded session can be watched at your convenience before the in-water practice.
  • We will cover the unique aspects of open water swimming and identify common anxiety factors.
  • Learn strategies to minimize or eliminate open water anxiety.
  • Discussion of key equipment selections to enhance your comfort and performance.


Part II: In-Water Instruction & Practice (90 minutes)

  • Held on-site at Marsh Creek State Park, led by our coaching staff.
  • Coaches will demonstrate and teach crucial open water skills, including: sighting, drafting, buoy turns, and triathlon swim starts.
  • Practice these skills in a focused, small-group setting.
  • The second half of the session offers an opportunity to practice your new skills on our dedicated training course.
  • A Q&A session will address specific questions about the webinar material or open water swimming in general.
