Join our inspiring 5K Run/Walk supporting the HWJ Sickle Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit under White's House of Hope, honoring the life and legacy of Herman White Jr. Born May 7, 1951, with sickle cell disease, Herman defied odds by living to 74 despite predictions he'd not survive past 20—turning pain into purpose through awareness, education, advocacy, and support for adolescents and families affected by sickle cell.

Show your support for breast cancer awareness and research during this meaningful 5K. Proceeds benefit the Breast Health Sarasota Inc. Wear pink, run proud, and join the fight against breast cancer as we celebrate survivors and honor those we’ve lost.

This isn’t just a run — it’s a FOOD DRIVE WITH HEART. Every step helps stock pantries for local kids facing hunger right here in Parrish. Bring non-perishable food donations (canned proteins, peanut butter, pasta, rice, etc.) and we’ll deliver them directly to Feeding Empty Little Tummies to feed families in need.
