Join Latinos Run Denver for an invigorating evening of Yoga Sculpt with weights + Run. Join us for one event or both. Our events take place every first and third Thursday of the month. Come, stretch, and get strong before running with yoga postures but with weights.

If you can, bring your yoga mat and a pair of 3 or 5 lb dumbbells.

We'll start running at 7:00 PM, offering two route options: 2.21 miles or 3.01 miles. All levels of runners are welcome, whether you're a beginner or seasoned athlete.
