• Homeschool Field Day is NOT a drop off event. Parents must remain present, engaged, and supervising their children at all times. 
• One Parent Per family must serve a volunteer shift, we can't run this awesome event without you! :)
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Third party ticket insurance is available for purchase. 
• T-Shirts and other lost and found items not picked up in Commerce or Nicholson by 6/30/2025 are considered abandoned, and will be disposed of, donated, or resold. 

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the acceptance of a Jackson County Parks and Rec Special Event, 5th Annual Homeschool Field Day with Mountain View Homeschooling, We hereby agree(s) to indemnify and hold harmless Jackson County, Georgia Unite Homeschool Network, and/or Mountain View Homeschooling LLC, all Vendors, their agents, volunteers, and employees, from all liability, loss and damage which may be sustained by reason of injury to any person, damage to any property, including theft, through any and all acts or omissions of the Producer and/or Sponsoring Organization(s), his/her/its agents and employees, during and as a part of the Special Event known as: _5th Annual Homeschool Field Day with Mountain View Homeschooling_, a Special Event dated  May 29, 2025_.  I attest that I have rights to sign for the above minors/children. 

I hereby grant permission to Jackson County, Georgia and/or Mountain View Homeschooling, their agents and employees, vendors to use images of myself, my family, my child(ren), and children I am supervising with parental consent. Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use of photographs, images, and/or video taken for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printed materials such as brochures and newsletters, videos, and digital images, web, print and social media. NOTE: If wish to decline, parent must stay alongside child and alert photographers of no media release. 

All entry fees are non-refundable, and non-transferable. You may purchase ticket insurance, at your cost if desired. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable and non transferable.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver, including the no refund policy.
