Swim 100 meter - parallel to the beach from 29th Street to 30th Street
Run 1K - run on the beach from 30th to 36th Street, turn around and finish back at 30th Street.

Swim 200 meter - parallel to the beach from 28th Street to 30th Street
Run 2K - turn around at 42nd Street and finish at 30th Street.
