This is a timed event, kids participating in the competitive triathlon must do so without the assistance of parents. During the race, they may receive assistance only from race staff, lifeguards and race volunteers.

Each athlete must have their own bike (no training wheels or tricycles) and helmet. No one will be permitted to compete without a helmet. Athletes must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted.
Open to ages 6 - 14.

25 Yard Swim, .75 Mile Bike, .5 Mile Run

This is not a timed event, we encourage the kids to finish and finish safely. Parents are welcome to run and bike with their kids during the race and help them through transition.

Each athlete must have their own bike (no training wheels or tricycles) and helmet. No one will be permitted to participate without a helmet. Athletes must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted but personal flotation devices are allowed.
