Cross Country Clinic & Races!
Ever wondered what Cross Country is all about? If so, this is for you!
After registration, we'll divide the kids into age-groups and have our high school student-coaches take them through stations where they will learn some of the basic exercises, stretches and techniques we use in Cross Country. After the stations, our high school student-coaches will take their "teams" through the course, talk about race strategy and then get their teams to the starting line.
Kids ages 5-8 will run a 1/4 mile course & the 9-12 year-old's will run a 1/2 mile loop.
