Tulsa Half Distance Bike
The bike course is on open roads and you must observe all traffic laws. Local law enforcement will be on hand to assist with turns. Nevertheless, always be aware of your surroundings including dogs,
cars, and other cyclists. This course takes you about 6 miles out to the start of a loop you will do twice. See course Map
There will be 3 aid stations on the bike course and 1 porta john.
Bike Cut-off for Tulsa Half - You must be in transition by 1:50pm and on the run by 2:00pm
No pacers are allowed on the course, you cannot have friends or family assist you on the course with food or hydration. Only volunteers can assist you on the course.
There will be bottled water and Gatorade on the bike course at all aid stations.
