Zombies will be entering the city of Beaumont, Texas. We have been alerted that the 1st Annual Downtown Zombie Walk has been finalized and the city is preparing for the invasion.
The CDC has been authorized to give over $500 in cash and prizes to participants. There will be cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for best/scariest costumes. The invasion will start at Dixie Dance Hall. A containment area has been established at the Haunted Hotel which will complete the walk through downtown Beaumont.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the 100 Club of Southeast Texas - Supporting Law Enforcement
