Local nonprofits and organizations offering free and accessible mental health resources

A high-energy, welcoming atmosphere with community partners

A post-race celebration highlighting movement, recovery, and connection

Event Highlights Include:
🥁 Synergy Drumline pep rally performance to energize runners

💪 MOB Fitness warm-up and post-run HYROX-style simulation

🚗 Toyota of Pharr leading the run with music and pacing support

🎧 Red Bull Chill Zone featuring a DJ and recovery space

Join us as we celebrate one year of Mind Space Running with a meaningful morning of movement, community, and wellness. The Mind Space 1-Year Anniversary 5K & 1 Mile is more than just a race — it’s a space to reflect, reset, and run together in support of mental and physical well-being.

Whether you’re racing the 5K, walking the mile, or showing up to support the cause, this event is about progress, connection, and taking care of yourself 🧠💙

📅 Date: Saturday May 16th, 2026
📍 Location: San Mateo Rd., Mission, TX 78572 

🏃‍♂️ 5K Run: 7:00 a.m.
🚶‍♀️ 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: 7:10 a.m.

🌅 Arrival Recommendation: Please arrive by 6:30 a.m. to allow time for parking, stretching, and warmup.

 
💲 Registration Fees
5K Run: $30
1 Mile Run/Walk: $15

👕 T-Shirt Deadline: May 1st
(After this date, shirt sizes available only while supplies last)

 
📦 Packet Pickup
📍 Location: MOB Fitness (3801 Beech Ave Unit C, McAllen, Tx 78501)

🗓️ When: Friday May 15th, 2026

⏰ Time: 1PM - 8PM

Packet pickup is for all registered participants — both 5K & 1 Mile — to pick up bibs and shirts.
