Allowing pacers any time is a very nice option that I haven't seen before. It is a great help to those new to running longer distances. "I would love to shout out the training plans the coaches, Caleb Masland, provided! As a first time 50 miler the training plan was fantastic. I have never used a coach and I would 100% pay for this again! I felt well trained and I recovered so well between the easy and hard efforts. I followed the plan from day one to race day and never missed a workout! I questioned some days after back to back long run or speed work/hills whether I could do the next days workout but somehow I was ready to go by the next day. Pure Magic! Loved it! I felt confident and totally prepared to run 50 miles. This is something I would make sure to offer again as it was so beneficial to me completing my first 50 miler!
