Over the six weeks, runners can participate in races from 100 meters to 2 miles and in a variety of relays on the University of Richmond's Fred Hardy Track.

For 2018, the scheduled dates are Wednesdays: June 13, June 20, June 27, July 18, July 25 and August 1.

We encourage young runners to participate. Young runners will compete in pace-appropriate heats.
