Teams of 4, 2, or solo racers will cover approximately 120 miles of trail between Richmond and Jamestown and back on a bike and on foot. While one of your team members is on the course, the rest of your team will drive ahead to the next transition zone to wait for your teammate to finish. There will be a total of 12 segments, which will include 6 running and 6 biking legs. The running segments range in length from 4 miles to 6 miles and will largely be on dirt trails. The biking segments range from 13 miles to 20 miles and will completely be on paved trail. Each team member must complete at least 3 sections of the course, but in any order that they choose.
If you would like to compete as an individual please email Molly Johnson - firstname.lastname@example.org or (804) 285-9495. Please remember if you are racing solo you must provide your own course support.
