Help us set up for the 5K! This involves unloading vehicles, setting up tables and chairs, sorting t-shirts, other jobs as they arise.

Help us after the 5K is over for a quick clean up. This involves packing up from the event, checking the area for trash, folding tables and chairs, and loading vehicles.
